These are the business plans of Andi Eigenmann and Philmar Alipayo as they are finally on the island again.
ANDI EIGENMANN – Finally returned to Siargao, Andi Eigenmann and partner Philmar Alipayo are planning to put up a business.
In a life update vlog, Andi Eigenmann and her fiancé Philmar Alipayo are finally back at the island along with their children. They spent their previous months in Manila and waited for the island to bounce back again after being badly hit by the Typhoon Odette.
And in their recent vlog, Andi shared some of their plans such as their business ventures as they are starting over again with their life on the island. She relayed that her partner is currently building a surf school along with a surf shop. Accordingly, it has always been his dream to have a surfing school.
Philmar partnered with Mang Carding of Kanaway Surf School and they will reopen the school anytime soon. And the shop will also be prepared for the tourists this summer. Andi furthered in her vlog that as early as the Holy Week, people can book their surf lessons and surf guiding.
She stressed that availing the surf lessons is a big help to the surfer instructors on the island and she also remarked that one of the ways people survive on the island is through tourism. She said, “It will be obviously such great help to surf instructors here kasi ‘yan ang source ng livelihood ng karamihan dito [ang] tourism.”
And just beside her future husband’s surfing school will be her Kanaway Snack Bar and it will also be opening soon for customers.

It was just last week of March when Andi and her family finally returned to Siargao after being away from their home for several months. To recall, it was last 2017 when Andi decided to officially live there.
