PAGASA Says Shear Line to Bring Cloudy to Rainy Condition Over Parts of PH

PAGASA Releases Latest Weather for Saturday (April 2, 2022)

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the shear line will bring cloudy to rainy condition over some parts of the country.

On Saturday (April 2, 2022), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The shear line will affect the country’s weather condition.

PAGASA reported that the Shear Line will be affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon while the Easterlies will be affecting the eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The shear line will bring cloudy weather condition with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, and Mountain Province. Possible flash floods or landslides are expected during moderate to at times heavy rains.

The easterlies will also bring similar weather condition over Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Bohol, and Davao Oriental. Possible flash floods or landslides are expected during moderate to at times heavy rains.

Partly cloudy to cloudy condition with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon.

The easterlies / localized thunderstorms will bring same weather condition with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over the rest of Luzon will be moderate to rough. Visayas and Mindanao will have a slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions.
