Sandro Marcos spoke about the BBM-PRRD photo
Presidential aspirant Bongbong Marcos’s son Sandro Marcos made clarifications about this photo of his father with President Rodrigo Duterte.
The BBM-PRRD photo circulated on social media on Tuesday. However, this was not bought by all the people in the online community. There were those who said that it was just edited to make it appear that the presidential aspirant and the President were together.
In a Twitter post of @LakasngTimog, this photo was shared with this caption: “This photo is obviously edited. However, that does not change the fact that Inday Sara herself confirmed that the two gentlemen met face to face prior to PDP’s endorsement. Please do not attack those who claim that it’s edited because I myself have the same opinion. Thank you.”
On March 22, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte revealed that her running mate and her father had a meeting last weekend. This was prior to the official announcement from the ruling party PDP-Laban that it is endorsing the presidential candidacy of Bongbong Marcos.
In the comment section of Lakay’s post, Sandro Marcos commented. “It’s not edited :),” the son of the former Senator said. Another netizen commented, “So it makes @sandromarcos7 sinungaling?”
Sandro replied to this saying that the photo may look edited and this was the reason why he wanted to verify it. Twitter user @iamjethol shared the “clearer” version of the photo.
Another netizen commented that the more correct time is “enhanced” and not “edited”. “Not edited but enhanced kaya mataas contrast ng mga color, probably auto-enhanved ginawa. Also di nag pixelate yung side nilang 2 kahit zoom pa,” Twitter user @williedofw said.
A lot of netizens also commented that they don’t mind if the BBM-PRRD photo was edited or not because the fact that Mayor Sara has confirmed the meeting that happened was enough for them.
