Not age-appropriate? Sunshine Cruz reacts to this critical comment about her attire.
SUNSHINE CRUZ – Dramatic actress Sunshine Cruz posts an empowering message to women after being criticized because of her outfit.
It doesn’t matter if you are a man or a woman because what matters is you wear what you want and you wear whatever style that gives you that comfortable feeling. And this concept will go the same with age.
Is there an age bracket for a certain outfit? Famous actress Sunshine Cruz believes otherwise.
In a post she shared, one commented criticizing her chosen outfit. As much as many people are aware, Sunshine loves to wear something that highlights her best features and she never wore something that made her look bad. She’s always been beautiful in whatever outfit she chooses to wear.
But putting on a cropped top and shorts, a basher slammed her. Accordingly, the attire doesn’t fit her age. For someone who is already a mother like her, the comment seemingly implied that wearing such is for teenagers only.
Calm and composed, Sunshine replied, “Kailangan po ba ang attire ko like yours para masabing tama ang suot? I don’t think may chart ang attire according to age. Basta happy at confident go lang po! Walang bawal at masama.”
In another post, still related to this critical comment, Sunshine shared an empowering message for women. For someone who loves to dress up like her, what matters is a lady should wear pieces that make her happy and leave her feeling pretty. She added, “WOMEN SHOULD EMPOWER EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF BEING SO HATEFUL, ENVIOUS OF ONE ANOTHER.”
Sunshine, on the other hand, is already a mother of three – Angelina Isabelle, Samantha Angeline, and Angel Francheska. They are her daughters with her former husband veteran actor Cesar Montano. All three of them stay with her.
