Toni Gonzaga showed love for her PBB family
Actress-host Toni Gonzaga still promoted the Kapamilya reality show Pinoy Big Brother even though she already stepped down as the main host.
Since the time PBB started in 2005, Toni was already one of the main hosts. Back then, she was working with Willie Revillame and Mariel Rodriguez. However, the Kumunity Season 10 of the reality show will be her last season.
Toni announced her resignation from the show after she hosted the UniTeam’s proclamation rally. She said in her statement that she passed the task of being the main host to Bianca Gonzalez.
Despite that she is no longer part of the Kapamilya reality show, Toni Gonzaga still showed support. During her Dubai Expo concert with her sister Alex Gonzaga, she still promoted PBB, based on the article in Manila Bulletin.
She asked the audience to continue to watch the show and to support Big Brother of Kuya. “Sana kahit wala na ako sa PBB, sana manood pa rin kayo ng Pinoy Big Brother. Mahalin pa rin natin si kuya at ang kanyang mga housemates,” Toni said.
In the same concert, the crowd shouted “BBM!” repeatedly when the Gonzaga sisters were introduced by the host.
Meanwhile, rumors surfaced that the Ultimate Multimedia Star will transfer to Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS), the media company of billionaire businessman Manny Villar whose son Mark Villar is running for senator under UniTeam led by former Senator Bongbong Marcos and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.
It was even alleged that she will hold an executive position in AMBS that was able to acquire the frequency that was occupied by ABS-CBN before. Toni will allegedly be like Ma’am Charo Santos of Villar’s TV network. As of this writing, Toni Gonzaga has not spoken about this yet.
