Jake Cuenca Shares Photos Of Him W/ Grab Driver Eleazar Martinito

JAKE CUENCA – Actor Jake Cuenca finally paid a visit to the Grab rider who was hit by a stray bullet during the police car chase in Mandaluyong.

Last October 9, Kapamilya actor Jake Cuenca allegedly hit a car owned by a cop in Mandaluyong City. The authorities said Cuenca drove away from the scene which supposedly prompted them to chase after him.

The cops attempted to disable his SUV by shooting its tire. Amid the car chase, a Grab rider named Eleazar Martinito was hit by a stray bullet.

Actor Paulo Avelino defended Jake stating that his fellow actor was not drunk driving during the incident. Cops also did not find any illegal substance in his car.

In an interview with the TV Patrol last month, Jake clarified that he was not arrested. He said he drove away from the road incident because the cops were in civilian clothes and had guns. He also said he wanted to help the rider who was hit by a stray bullet.

Recently, Jake Cuenca paid a visit to Eleazar Martinito. On IG, he shared photos of him as he personally met the grab rider who appears to be recuperating.

“Masaya ako na nagkaroon ako ng pagkakataon na madalaw si eleazar martinito ang grab driver na nasaktan sa isang insidenteng hindi ko malilimutan…”

“Taos pusong pasasalamat sa mga pulis na tumulong sa iyo at naging tulay para makilala kita,” he added.

Jake Cuenca added that he’s grateful that Martinito is in good shape and with his family. He also vowed to be there for him if he needs anything.

“Labis ang aking pasasalamat sa Panginoong Diyos na nasa maayos kang kalagayan kasama ang iyong pamilya. Hangad ko ang iyong patuloy na kaligtasan at nawa’y makabalik agad sa iyong trabaho…”

“Nandito lang ako para sa’yo Ely,” he said.
