Alden Richards has learned a new perspective
Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards said that he has no intention to please everybody after his controversial guesting on Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda’s Gandang Gabi Vice.
Alden was the first guest on the return of Gandang Gabi Vice, which aired on GMA last Sunday, September 13.
Many fans were inspired by his guest appearance on GGV after he became emotional while discussing his love life. He shared that he realized that his “almost but not quite” relationships happened because he lacked self-love.
Through this interview, his supporters were able to see a different side of him. He made some revelations that many people did not know about him.
Following the airing of his GGV interview, Alden Richards shared his reaction to the episode through a report by Kapuso entertainment reporter Nelson Canlas on 24 Oras last Monday, September 14.
“Nagulat din ako sa turnouts, and nagulat din ako sa sarili ko,” the Kapuso actor admitted.
Because of this GGV guesting, Alden gained a new perspective on life regarding his love life. “Ako, siguro, I’ve reached that realization and age right now wherein I really don’t care anymore. I’m not here to please anyone,” he shared.
Alden also said that he is now more focused on being a blessing in other people’s lives. “I’m just here to be a blessing to someone else’s life. To change their lives with the things I do, with the things I love to do, and for me to be an instrument of blessings,” the actor emphasized.
In the same interview, Alden Richards also admitted that he was kind of “napipikon” because of undying gay rumors. For many years, the speculations about his gender preference have been a hot topic in showbiz and even blind items. There were several instances when he addressed this issue.
