Paulo Avelino’s Personal Background
Born on May 13, 1988 in Baguio, Paulo Avelino’s real name is Michael Paulo Lingbanan Avelino. His parents are Spanish-Filipino Roberto Puigcerver Avelino from Calbayog, Western Samar and Jennilyn Lingbanan. He is the great grandson of the late former Senate President Jose Avelino and the grandson of former Samar governor Baltazar Avelino. He is the second among four siblings – Honey, Gabriel, and Angela.
Paulo had a relationship with actress LJ Reyes. Their relationship was blessed with a son they nicknamed “Aki”. However, the two (2) celebrities separated and Aki is living with his mother. Paulo Avelino’s age now is 33 years old.
Paulo Avelino’s Showbiz Career
The showbiz career of Paulo Avelino started under GMA-7 Network. In 2006, he joined the Kapuso reality show StarStruck. Although he got eliminated, he was offered an exclusive contract by the Kapuso network. He did a lot of projects under the network including Sine Novela and Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan.
In 2011, Paulo transferred to ABS-CBN Network, his current home network. He first appeared as a guest in the Kapamilya TV series 100 Days to Heaven. He also did episodes for Wansapanataym and Maalaala Mo Kaya. He also appeared in Ikaw ay Pag-Ibig. One of his latest projects under the Kapamilya network was the TV series Walang Hanggang Paalam which he starred together with Angelica Panganiban, Zanjoe Marudo, and Arci Munoz.
