The entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro as well as Batanes and Babuyan Islands would also experience similar weather condition. Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country are expected to experience the same weather condition.

“Sa Luzon magpapatuloy ang maganda at maaliwalas na panahon. Sa Visayas at Mindanao, kitang-kita po na maganda ang panahon na mararanasan natin ngayong araw,” Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said.

However, the northeasterly surface windflow has no significant impact to the current weather condition in the Philippines.

The weather agency also advised the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The coastal water condition over Northern Luzon would be moderate to rough due to the moderate to strong wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction. The surrounding sea condition over the rest of the archipelago would be slight to moderate.
