The provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Ifugao, Abra, Mountain Province, Apayao and Kalinga would experience similar weather condition due to the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms.

Cloudy weather condition with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected over Palawan with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Pagasa weather specialist Grace Castañeda said that the LPA is moving away from the Philippine landmass and it will have no direct effect in any part of our country.

“Ayon nga po sa ating latest analysis at latest available data, ang movement ng low pressure area na ito ay palayo sa ating landmass, nakikita nga po natin na ngayong araw maging sa mga susunod na araw ay wala po itong direct effect sa anumang bahagi ng ating bansa,” Castañeda said.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over extreme Northern Luzon will be moderate to rough. The rest of northern Luzon and the rest of the country would have slight to moderate surrounding sea condition.
