Harry Roque Viral Remarks Against Doctors Drew Criticism from Angel Locsin, Ogie Diaz
Showbiz personalities like Angel Locsin and Ogie Diaz have criticized the presidential spokesperson Harry Roque over his remarks against doctors.
A video of Harry Roque during a zoom meeting of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) recently went viral online, in which he can be heard yelling at a group of doctors who are pleading with the government to impose a two-week hard lockdown owing to the spike of COVID-19 cases. But instead of taking that into consideration, it seemed to become even more enraged.
In the video, he also emphasizes that the group needs to hear his ideas because no one else has claimed that the government’s response to the current pandemic has been positive. Roque’s statement has gotten a lot of backlash on social media because of how it was worded.
As a result, he previously apologized for becoming “emotional.” He did, however, highlight that his message was on behalf of all those who were hungry as a result of the lockdowns.

Roque’s actions was questioned by many netizens, including Ogie and Angel. The actress and her talent management express their displeasure with the presidential spokesman’s activities.
Ogie said, “Wag kang umastang amo na pagagalitan mo yung mga doktor, Spox Harry Roque. Tingnan mo yan.
Furthermore, Roque is not the only one who is fed up with his job. He also stated that the lives of frontline employees are always at jeopardy, therefore I hope Roque will consider not just his own career but also the lives of healthcare staff.
Roque should also take care of his health and avoid getting hospitalized, according to the talent manager, because no one will take care of him if that happens due to his behavior toward doctors. Angel Locsin shared his opinions on the viral video in an Instagram story.
