Ping Lacson’s Barber Breaks Silence After President Duterte Commented About Senator’s Hairdo

Senator Ping Lacson’s long-time barber has finally expressed his reactions to the comment of President Rodrigo Duterte about the lawmaker’s hairdo.

Previously, President Rodrigo Duterte mentioned Ping Lacson’s hairdo during his taped weekly address. He made the remark after accusing Senator Richard Gordon of allegedly monopolizing Senate inquiries.

“Pati ‘yung buhok mo iba na ang hinapay. Lahat kayo, pati si Ping, iba ang hairdo,” Duterte said.

The chief executive also threatened to release several documents against Lacson.

Recently, Mario “Dhon” Santiago, the barber of Senator Ping Lacson breaks his silence regarding President Duterte’s remarks about his alleged change of hairstyle although it has been the same over the previous years.

Dhon Dhon has been cutting the lawmaker’s hair for already five years and explained that the senator’s hairstyle had been the same. The barber made his statement in a 46-second Facebook video he posted online.

“Halos limang taon ko na siyang ginugupitan. Wala namang nagbago sa kanyang hairstyle, Halos limang taon ko na siyang ginugupitan. Wala namang nagbago sa kanyang hairstyle,” Santiago said.

Santiago’s statement come after President Duterte underscored that Lacson’s hairstyle has changed.  He also expressed his support for Lacson if he ever runs for 2022 presidential election.
