In a previous article, Raymond Gutierrez finally admitted to the public that he is gay but added that he has not come out just for the sake of it. The pandemic has struck him some realization about how life is short and wanted to set as an example to other people who also go through the same situation that he went through
He also wanted to show them that they are not alone in their struggles about their identity. He wanted them to know that their preference is just a part of the whole person that they are and he believes that it does not define them for who they are. He said, “For me, it’s—sexuality is just one aspect of who you are. It doesn’t define who you are.”
And in an Instagram post that he made where the caption said, “It’s been a long time coming”, several celebrities reacted. His twin brother left a three hearts emoji comment and he received a lot of love and support from them. Also, the other netizens expressed love and support for his coming out to the public.
