Vice Pres. Sara Duterte Reveals Skincare Treatment Added
SARA DUTERTE – The Vice President gave a cryptic remark on an unnamed 68-year-old person she knows as she described the person as “mukha nang bangkay”.
Vice Pres. Duterte is currently out of the country for her overseas trip to several nations abroad include The Netherlands. She visited her father, former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte, who remains detained under the custody of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for more than a year now.
The elder Duterte is being investigated about his controversial war on drugs. His arrest and the immediate transfer of his custody to the ICC in March 2025 created a huge gap between Pres. Bongbong Marcos and the Duterte family.
Amid the detention of her father, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte was impeached by the House of Representatives twice. Currently there is an ongoing impeachment trial against the Vice President in the Senate.
Four impeachment raps were previously filed against the Vice President. Here are some of the grounds raised against Duterte:
- Alleged culpable violation of the Constitution and betrayal of public trust, and other high crimes in amassing and converting the amount over PHP 500 million confidential funds (CF) allocated to the Office of the Vice President from 2022 to 2023
- Alleged culpable violation of the Constitution and betrayal of public trust, and other high crimes in amassing and converting the amount of not less than PHP 112.5 million of confidential funds allocated to the Department of Education (DepEd) for the year 2023
- Alleged culpable violation of the Constitution and betrayal of public trust by corrupting and bribing officials of the DepEd
- Alleged culpable violation of the Constitution, betrayal of public trust, and other high crimes in contracting to murder or assassinate the president, the first lady, and the former speaker of the House
- Alleged culpable violation of the Constitution and betrayal of public trust in amassing unexplained wealth and failing to disclose all her properties and interests in properties in her SALN
- Alleged culpable violation of the Constitution and betrayal of public trust in committing acts of political destabilization and the high crimes of sedition and insurrection
Vice Pres. Sara Duterte is in abroad in time for the 5th State of the Nation Address or SONA of Pres. Bongbong Marcos. It was only in 2022 and 2023 when Duterte was able to attend the national address of the President.
In 2024, the Vice President tagged herself as the “designated survivor”. She also skipped the 2025 SONA of the Marcos Jr. amid the deepening political gap between the former election running mates.
Recently, while in The Hague, Netherlands, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte expressed a cryptic remark against an unnamed 68-year-old person. Based on News5, the Vice President was speaking about her skincare when she made the cryptic statement.
“Mayroon tayong kilala na 68 pa lang pero mukha nang bangkay,” the Vice President said.
Based on the post, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte asked if her glow has changed. According to her, she has more skincare treatment now as she ages.
“Hindi ba ganito ang glow ko noong 2022? Wala naman kasing difference sa akin simula noong 2022 hanggang ngayon… Siguro nadagdagan lang ‘yung skincare kasi nagkakaedad, ‘di ba?” Duterte said.
Previously, amid the opposing stands on the supposed “threats” of the Vice President against Pres. Bongbong Marcos, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte’s lawyer spoke on the nature of the Vice President.
