The COVID-19 pandemic has shaken several healthcare systems in the different nations. Unfortunately, some healthcare system even collapsed like what happened in India when the cases increased due to the Delta variant.

The Delta variant which was first recorded in India is currently considered as the variant of concern. During the spike of the cases, hospitals reached their full capacities and they were no longer able to accommodate all of the patients. They ran out of resources and many people died of COVID-19.

Currently, several countries across the globe are implementing travel restrictions in the pursuit to prevent the entry and spread of the Delta variant of COVID-19. One of these nations is the United States.
