JANELLA SALVADOR – Becoming parents at a young age, Markus Paterson describes his partner Janella Salvador as a mother to their son Jude.
For Markus Paterson, becoming a father at 22 years old made a total turnaround in his life in terms of changed priorities in life and everything now is all about his little boy. And both the changes and challenges are the things he fully embraced when he took the first glance at his son. Everything about him now and everything he does are all for Jude.
Jude came out to them last October and just like any parents, they also suffered from sleepless nights. The whole process of transition from being single to being parents together was not easy for them. Their baby is now eight months old and when life gets a little less heavy for them in the future, they wanted him to attend school in the United Kingdom.
And although the whole thing as first-time parents is tough, one thing he’s most thankful for is he got Janella Salvador as his partner. She’s accordingly very patient. He shared, “But I’m thankful that Janella is such a patient partner with every tough situation we go through… It’s not so hard to balance the duties, but now, since I’m back to taping, it’s hard to be so far apart. Since we don’t have a yaya, it’s not easy for Janella and Jude without me there at home. It breaks my heart.”
They are planning to hold Jude’s baptism on his first birthday. And if he ever grows up with the same passion as them to be in show business, they would never him to do it. They wouldn’t stop him pursue anything he would want and becoming the person that he would want to be.
Meanwhile, to recall, after Janella and Markus first confirmed their relationship, they faced pregnancy rumors. And months after, through an intimate video blog shared on YouTube, they introduced their little bundle of joy to the public.
