Joel Cruz Spends Millions For A Twin, Opens Up About Costs Of Surrogacy

Perfume mogul Joel Cruz speaks about his children and how much a single set of twins has costed him.

JOEL CRUZ – Successful and famous businessman Joel Cruz revealed how much he has spent in a single set of twins through surrogacy.

25 years ago, perfume mogul Joel Cruz revealed that he tried surrogacy in the Philippines, however, after several trials, it all didn’t work, He really wanted to become parent but he cannot to afford to do it with an opposite gender because of his preference.

And years after that failure, he tried again but outside the country where it is legal for him to do it. It happened and for his first try, he was given a set of twins. He now has three sets of twins namely Prince Sean and Princess Synn, Prince Harvey and Prince Harry, and Charles and Charlotte. He was also blessed to have Zeid and Ziv and with him now is a total of eight children.

In his interview with Ogie Diaz, he opened up about the long processes to have a child and how he chose the mother. He was accordingly given a list of choices and considering his standards, he narrowed it down to the woman who carried his first twins. Aside from the long processes, the whole process has also cost him a hefty amount.

For his first set, the total amount he has spent on everything reached Php 12 million and he spent lesser on his second set. For his second and third twins, he released Php 11 million, and for his two other single babies, he let go Php 9 million to each of Zeid and Ziv.

As for their conventional set-up as a family, his first-borns somehow knew the situation but not really the every details of it because they’re still young. He made them understand their situation in the simplest way possible to make them understand it easily.
