Joel Cruz Shares Glimpse of his Chateau de Milagros Three-Story Mansion
JOEL CRUZ – Filipino entrepreneur Joel Cruz shared a glimpse of his grandiose three-story mansion he calls Chateau de Milagros.
The Lord of Scents Joel S. Cruz is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the Philippines. He owns the brand Aficionado Germany Perfume.
Joel’s Aficionado perfume dominated the retail markets in the whole country. He added the word “Germany Perfume” since the scented oils were from Munich, Germany.
The fragrance mogul, Joel Cruz, is a father of seven surrogate children namely Prince Sean, Princess Synne (2012), Prince Harry, Prince Harvey (2015), Charles, Charlotte (2017), and Zeid (2018).
Based on a report from PEP, Joel Cruz started to dream of having his very own mansion with a backyard and a swimming pool when he was just six years old.
While he was a kid living with his family in Sampaloc, Manila, he confessed that he was always mesmerized by the beautiful homes he sees on the tv.
Joel Cruz stated that whenever he tagged along with his dad Dionisio Cruz delivering caterers to luxurious parties, he got to see the lifestyle of the elite people. He recalled that those parties were in Forbes Park.
“Gustong-gusto ko yung lifestyle nila,” Joel recalls. “Gusto ko yung buhay nila na ang lalaki ng bahay,” he said.
Joel Cruz’s father advised him to study well and strive hard to achieve everything that he wanted for his life. He took his father’s advice by heart.
Now, the Lord of Scents owns a very glamorous three-story mansion which he named Chateau de Milagros.
According to the report, Joel Cruz also owns a rest house in Tagaytay and a mansion in Baguio City but the Chateau de Milagros is his main house.
His three-story mansion is just beside his Aficionado building and said it was built in 1950.
Based on the report, Joel Cruz stated that the mansion has 12 bedrooms, an elevator, a playground, a swimming pool and a parking lot inside and across the street of his house.
Inside his house were all laminated with lavish artworks, ornaments, and furniture.
Joel Cruz is living with his seven beautiful children and his mother in their very wonderful house.
“I’m enjoying my home because I have my family. I have my children,” he said.
