Video Of Woman Ordering “Crispy Towel” At Jollibee Drive-Thru Goes Viral
JOLLIBEE – Here is the video of a lady customer ordering a “crispy towel” at the Jollibee drive-thru. The video went viral and elicited reactions from netizens.
Last week, the fast-food restaurant Jollibee faced backlash after a lady customer named Angelique Perez allegedly received a ‘fried towel’ instead of its famous Chickenjoy. She discovered the unappetizing item after placing an order from Jollibee’s BGC branch.
In a FB post that has since gone viral, the customer explained the incident and shared photos and videos of the ‘fried towel’ she received. She also approached journalist Raffy Tulfo in hopes of resolving the issue.

The fast-food chain is now gaining more supports from netizens and celebs like Anne Curtis, Aga Muhlach, and Pia Wurtzbach. In a previous article, Miss Universe 2015 posted a throwback and recent photo of herself with Jollibee’s official mascot.
