Aga Muhlach said this about network rivalry
Award-winning actor Aga Muhlach it is not time now for network rivalry amid the shutting down of ABS-CBN.
Aga has been in the industry for several decades and he has proven that his talent made him reached places in the entertainment industry. Throughout his years in showbiz, it is definitely sure that he has learned a lot.
Based on the article from Abante, during the press conference for the Masked Singer Philippines on TV5, Aga called out to Kapamilya artists. He is one of the judges of the new show hosted by Billy Crawford.
Other judges will be Kim Molina, Cristine Reyes, and Matteo Guidicelli. After several years of being a Kapamilya, this show will set the TV5 comeback of Aga Muhlach.
The award-winning actor plead to people to stop the division between the actors and actresses in the Philippine entertainment industry. He stressed that anyone should be allowed to work in whatever TV network.
“In the 80s, in the 90s, sama-sama lang ang lahat. And then, nagkaroon ng division. Dapat always welcome and lahat,” he said.
He added that as he came from the Kapamilya network and as he also came from the Kapatid network, those in ABS-CBN should not feel that they are different. “Pareho-pareho tayo,” the actor said.
Aga Muhlach stressed that there is no point in having division in the industry. “Tigilan na natin yan division ng mga artista. Sama-sama tayong magtrabaho, mas maganda, mas magiging masaya ang publiko kung hindi tayp maghihiwalay,” the actor said.
He is looking forward that Kapamilya artists can work in the future in the Kapatid and the Kapuso networks and this can go the other way around.
