Honest Mall Guard Returns Lost Wallet w/ P46k to Customer

An honest mall guard receives praises and admiration from the public after returning a lost wallet with P46, 798 to its respective owner.

SM Center Pulilan security personnel Rodel Victorino received a commendation from his employers for showing an act of honesty while performing his job. Rodel found a wallet at the mall’s parking lot.

The guard decided to check the wallet and found a huge amount of cash and several identification cards. He immediately surrendered the wallet to the mall’s Customer Relations Service.

The management found out that the wallet belongs to a man named Cristan Parajas who is a residents of Sta. Maria, Bulacan. Parajas accident dropped his wallet at the parking lot.

SM Center Pulilan press relations officer Veronica Cunan said that the mall management lauded the security personnel because of his honesty and dedication to his job. The honest employee was not tempted to take the money.

Cunan also said that another SM Center Pulilan guard Reynold Gumarang returned a wallet containing P36, 431 to its owner. He found the wallet while roaming around during his duty last May 2020.
