MARJORIE BARRETTO – Former actress Marjorie Barretto suspects someone is milking the issues of her daughter Julia Barretto.
Coming from a very controversial showbiz family is Kapamilya actress Julia Barretto. She had her fair share of controversies as well and remained strong amid it. She is able to look out for herself and this is something her mother Marjorie Barretto admires about her.

In terms of her relationship with her father Dennis Padilla, Marjorie said that she never discouraged her children to have a good relationship with their father. Her eldest Dani is the one she had with Kier Legaspi, Julia, Leon, and Claudia were with famous comedian Dennis Padilla and her youngest, Erich, was with politician Recom Echeverri.
Her children grew up with her teachings and among the strongest is Julia. In Toni Talks, the Youtube channel of Toni Gonzaga, she opened up about her daughter’s issues and the pain she’ feelings about it as a mother. Seeing her daughter exuding strength in handling public opinions, she can set aside her worries.
She still gets worried but that’s all that she could even do because they picked up from her on how to be strong neglect false stories accusations about them. She initially disapproved her daughter’s decision to enter show business but it was actually her experiences in the field that have made her strong.
She has always find herself struggling to speak for her daughter but Julia wanted to take care of her issues on her own. And being there, alive but silent, is her warning to people. She’s not addressing the bashers as they can get rid of them right away.
Marj shared, “You know what I mean? It’s when these people continues to really paint a really ugly picture of my daughter, I think they just have to be reminded that there is hangganan. I can be nice and I can be quiet, but when I do talk, I tell the truth,”
She suspected that someone is milking it. She said, “Can I say? I felt like somebody was milking it. Parang it’s just not a story. Pero hindi masyadong masakit ito. Mas masakit sa akin ‘yung issue before with her dad. That one was more painful for me.”
