Young Boy Donates ‘Kamote’ to Community Pantry, Government to Give Him Full Scholarship Until College
The young boy who donated ‘kamote’ (Sweet Potatoes) to a community pantry would receive a scholarship from the province’s executive committee.
A Facebook user named John Christopher Lara has shared the photos of a young boy who has been rewarded for donating sweet potatoes at a community pantry. The post is circulating on social media.
The kid identified as Ornelo with a real name of Don Don Sinagmayon inspired the online community after donating “kamote” at a community pantry amid poverty. He and his family showed compassion towards the needy despite their situation.
John visited Ornelo again to inform him that “Kilusang Nagmamalasakit sa Lalawigan executive committee” pledged a full scholarship for him from elementary until college. Don Don is dreaming to become a teacher someday.
After hearing the good news, Sinagmayon donated another set of sweet potatoes at Occidental Mindoro Community Pantry in wheels. Their crops came from their own farm and prepared it for the needy ones.

“Isang napakagandang balita.
I never imagined that this project would be this life-changing kaya thank you so much sa mga nagshare ng kwento ni Ornelo (Hindi pala Cornelo) o Don Don Sinagmayon (totoo niyang pangalan)
