DEREK RAMSAY – Famous actor Derek Ramsay talks about John Lloyd Cruz and the other former partners of his fiancee Ellen Adarna.
Among the most talked-about relationships of today is that of Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay who followed their relationship announcement a month ago with an engagement announcement. Even before, the actor has always said that it is really going to be fast with her because he has already felt that she is the one for him. Prior to Ellen, Derek was with Andrea Torres and their relationship lasted for a year.

And now that they are engaged, Ellen shared why it didn’t work out between her and John Lloyd Cruz but it did with Ramsay. The Kapamilya A-list celebrity is the father of her son Elias Modesto. They currently co-parent their son and Elias has also grown close to her future husband who is going to be his step-father. In the interview with G3 San Diego, she was asked based on a previous article, “What were you sure about with Derek that you weren’t sure about with John Lloyd?”
Accordingly, it’s making communication that she can do now and a matter of the right timing. Derek met her at a time when she has already fixed herself and done a lot of inner works. She added, “I knew what I wanted na. I knew what was good for me, I knew what was bad for me. And when I made better choices for myself, that’s when things just started to come in and everything just made sense.”
And the reason why it accordingly didn’t work out with Lloydie and with her other exes is because of lack of communication. She’s not doing well in this aspect but now that she is complete and has Derek who made her life even more beautiful, she really knows.

Meanwhile, what did Derek say about John Lloyd and her other exes? He clarified that comparing him and her previous lovers doesn’t mean he’s better than them. It was just the right timing that worked for them. He said, “Ellen is not saying and I’m not saying I’m better than JL or better than her exes. It’s not that. Or Ellen is better than any of my exes. We met at the right time. We were meant to be and that’s how it works.”
