Quezon City Implements Big Operation Against COVID-19 Protocol Violators
QUEZON CITY – The DPOS in Quezon City has conducted a “one time, big time” operation to strictly enforce COVID-19 health protocols.

The operation made by the Department of Public Order and Safety was amid the rising cases of COVID-19 in the country due to numerous cases of not complying to minimum health standards, according to ABS-CBN News.
The operation started at about 6 AM in the morning at Mayon Street, N.S. Amoranto. In the operation, 35 protocol violators were caught in the operation.
They were taken to the bus set to head to Quezon Memorial Circle for profiling. First-time offenders will face a fine of up to P300.
Based on the report, those who will be found not wearing face mask and face shield inside establishments will also be arrested.
The said operation is expected to be implemented regularly due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in the city.
