The COVID-19 pandemic is undeniably the biggest challenge that the Philippines is currently facing. If the authorities and the people would be complacent, a surge may take place again putting a lot of lives at risk.

This coronavirus disease was reported to have been first recorded in China last December 2019. On the first month of 2020, several other countries started logging cases of the disease.

The COVID-19 spread rapidly and the World Health Organization (WHO) declared it as a pandemic. WHO said that it might be a long-term case and countries must not be complacent to prevent a second wave of the disease.

The security, the medical and dental staff, and the administrative services employees are required to be present for work during the disinfection period.
