His father offered immense support by driving him to film sets, managing his demanding schedule, and handling numerous other responsibilities. “As a kid I was a daddy’s boy. As an adult, I’m a mama’s boy,” James shared.
The actor grew up with seven siblings, sharing a particularly tight bond with his paternal half-sister, Laura Reid. Even though they were not twins, they frequently joked about being them during their childhood.
“At the point [when] it comes out [or when] the song is released, I see it kind of like I’m releasing my kid into the world… My first time singing [was] in front of millions on national television, not typical for your first time singing,” James Reid said.
