Respondents In Dacera Case Claim Hotel Staff Was “Slow” In Responding

DACERA CASE – Respondents of the case involving the death of flight attendant Christine Dacera says hotel staff was slow in responding.

Till now, the Dacera case remains to be shrouded in mystery despite the PNP claiming the case was solved. Earlier, three suspects were tagged with authorities saying they did malicious acts to Dacera.

However, because of a lack of evidence, the suspects were released. Afterward, they held a press conference explaining their side of the story. According to the respondents, hotel staff was slow in responding after they found Dacera unconscious in a bathtub of a hotel room in Makati.

During an interview with ANC, Clark Rapinan, one of the respondents said:

Medyo mabagal kasi kami po nagpa-panic po kami na mabilis na kunin siya agad ganyan…

Meanwhile, Valentine Rosales, the respondent linked to the CCTV footage of Dacera kissing him said hotel staff did not perform any form of CPR on Dacera.

Yung medic staff po kasi did not perform any CPR, kumuha lang sila ng wheelchair, di ba pumunta sila, wala pa silang equipment. They said babalik sila, umalis sila cini-CPR siya (Dacera) nila Gigo, Rom and Clark tapos bumalik sila with wheelchair na

According to the respondents, it was Rapinan, Rommel Galido, and Gregorio de Guzman who performed CPR on the 23-year-old flight attendant.

Additionally, Rapinan said they were terrified after seeing her unconscious, especially when they found that she had no pulse. “Tapos nag-CPR si Gigo and then ako, then Rommel. Nag-CPR kami, then tumawag na kayo ng hotel staff, ganyan. Dumating sila after three minutes“, Rapinan explained.

Currently, the Hotel has yet to give any statement regarding the issue.
