Brenda Mage speaks about how Jodi Sta. Maria introduced Raymart Santiago to them.
JODI STA. MARIA – Comedian and co-star of Jodi Sta. Maria in “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin” shared how the actress introduced Raymart Santiago to them.
April of this year when photos of Jodi Sta. Maria and Raymart Santiago being sweet to each other have surfaced online. And to be confirmed that they are indeed a couple came as a shock to a lot of people as there were no hints before that they’re going to fall in love with each other. It was April of this year when they became official and it was accordingly last year when Raymart started to try his luck to have her as his girlfriend.
The actor was asked about this following their viral photos and he did not deny it. Many netizens were happy about their relationship and what they wanted, now that it has come to public that they’re together, is privacy. He said based on a previous article, “Hindi naman kami KathNiel o LizQuen. Kung ano man yung inilabas niyo, yun na ‘yon, Masaya lang lahat.”
As much we are all aware about Jodi and Raymart are both silent when it comes to matters about their private lives. The actor ever since was silent even amid the legal battle with ex-wife Claudine Barretto while the actress is open to having a nice relationship with his ex-husband and his new wife Iwa Moto.
And Brenda Mage, one of Jodi’s co-stars in “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin” who also plays the role of her character’s assistant, revealed how Jodi introduced him to them. Accordingly, they all wonder who the actress is talking to whenever she would have vacant time while on set.
They started teasing as to who it could be and in their attempt to know who is the mysterious person behind the camera that she’s talking to most of the time, the actress herself one day just showed him to them. The comedian shared, “Sino kaya iyan? ‘Tapos yun nga, ‘Ah, yun pala!’ Hanggang sa ni-reveal na niya [Jodi] na, ‘Mag-hi kayo sa ganito-ganyan.’”
The production staff knew the actor as they were able to work with him in his previous project and they were happy for the both of them. The comedian revealed this during his interview in “Magandang Buhay”.
