Actor Raymart Santiago revealed the reason why he wants his relationship with actress Jodi Sta. Maria to be private.
The past relationships of Raymart have been known to public and even his marriage and separation with Claudine Barretto became controversial. This goes the same with Jodi. The actress’ breakup with longtime boyfriend Jolo Revilla also created a loud buzz.
Just recently, photos of Raymart and Jodi together circulated on social media. It was said that those were taken during the intimate dinner that the actress prepared for the actor. They were spotted hugging each other also.
Based on the previous report, Raymart Santiago started courting Jodi Sta. Maria last year and their relationship became official in April this year. When the actor was asked about this, he did not deny the “relationship” that he has now with the actress.
This garnered various reactions from the online community but most netizens are happy that the two celebrities found love with each other.
Based on the article from PEP, entertainment columnist Noel Ferrer asked Raymart Santiago to react that the revelation of his relationship with Jodi Sta. Maria created a loud buzz in showbiz.
The actor has this simple answer: “Hindi naman kami KathNiel o LizQuen. Kung ano man yung inilabas niyo, yun na ‘yon, Masaya lang lahat.” Apparently, he wanted their relationship to be private.
Ferrer added that what the actor said is true because in the past, he has not been releasing dramatic statements when it comes to his life outside the entertainment industry.
Even amid the legal battle that he has against with ex-wife Claudine Barretto, Raymart Santiago is not fond of releasing statements or having interviews to talk about this.
