PAGASA – Habagat To Bring Cloudy Skies, Isolated Rains This September 7, 2020
PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day, September 7, 2020 (Monday).

The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau said that the southwest monsoon or habagat will continue to affect the western section of Luzon on this day.
According to GMA News, habagat, as well as localized thunderstorms, will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
The bureau warned that flash floods or landslides may occur especially during severe thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon will face moderate to rough coastal waters while the rest of the country will face slight to moderate slight to moderate coastal waters.
Based on the report, the former typhoon Kristine (internationally called Haishen), which left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), was last spotted at about 1,585 kilometers north northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon as of 3 AM.
Haishen is packed with maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour with gusts of up to 205 kilometers per hour. It is moving northward at 35 kilometers per hour.
Haishen, which falls under the “large” and “extremely strong”, lashed southern Japan. Authorities warned that it could bring record rainfall and winds which are capable of snapping power line poles and flip cars.
