NEW COVID-19 CASES – More than 100,000 new cases of coronavirus were recorded across the globe in just one (1) day.

The world now is fighting against an invisible enemy – the COVID-19 or the coronavirus. Way back in December 2019, China recorded cases of a “mysterious disease” infecting the people in Wuhan City, Hubei province.

The infection became an outbreak and authorities locked Wuhan for more than two (2) months. Over 82,000 people in China were infected and at least 4,000 died of the disease.

Starting January 2020, several other countries confirmed their first cases of COVID-19. It has alarmed the authorities with how fast the disease can infect another person. However, little was known about the said coronavirus then.
