On Sunday, April 26, Vice President Leni Robredo questioned China’s friendship with the Philippines during her weekly radio show. She said the Chinese government has “disrespected” the country’s sovereignty.
So iyong tanong: Iyan ba ang kaibigan?” said Robredo.
According to the report, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) filed a diplomatic protest against the East Asian superpower after it established 2 new facilities in the WPS and pointing a radar gun at Philippine Navy vessel. Leni Robredo lauded the DFA for filing a diplomatic protest.
