Here is the result of Senator Migz Zubiri’s 2nd COVID-19 test.
MIGZ ZUBIRI – Philippine Senator Migz Zubiri posts the result of his second Coronavirus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) test after testing positive last month.
A life-threatening disease has struck the world, a highly contagious virus which infected more than a million of people around the globe. Health authorities called this new strain of coronavirus first discovered in Wuhan as COVID-19 which is short for Coronavirus Virus Disease 2019.
In the Philippines, thousands have been infected and this disease has claimed many lives. And among those who tested positive is Senator Migz Zubiri, the very first person from the senate to have the virus. And just this Easter Sunday, after several weeks of being in quarantine and taking proper medications, the senator announced his recovery from the virus.
This is after his second COVID-19 test result got released and he earned negative result. Zubiri said in a Facebook post, “Today we celebrate Easter Sunday as the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. As a day of thanksgiving I would also like to thank God and our Lord for a second chance in my life by healing me from Covid 19.”
The result was from Makati City health office and the second testing is required for all the patients who tested positive for the coronavirus before being considered to be fully recovered. It was March 16 when he announced that he is COVID-19 positive after being in contact with someone who has the virus from the senate.
Other senators who are also positive are Aquilino Pimentel III and Sonny Angara but the latter one has also got recovered from the disease.
