Tampa Megachurch Pastor Arrested For Breaking Quarantine

PASTOR ARRESTED – Despite orders to adhere to social distancing, a Pastor still held a massive church service, breaking quarantine protocols.

As such, the Authorities have arrested a Pastor from a megachurch in Tampa for continuing to conduct mass services. Aside from this, their services were attended by about 500 people packed in their church.

It could be recalled that in South Korea, 80% of the coronavirus cases were linked to a religious sect in Daegu. Despite the call for social distancing, the church still held mass services.

According to reports from Fox News, Sherrif Chad Chronister and State Attorney Andrew Warren arrested Pastor Howard-Browne.

He was charged with misdemeanor accounts and unlawful assembly and violation of public health protocols amid the pandemic. Additionally, the church even livestreamed their service.

As such, Chronister noted that the church had the technology to broadcast its service over the internet to its members. However, he decided to pack his members at church instead of watching the service from the safety of their homes.

But, the pastor was released 40 minutes later after he paid a $500 bond. Following the incident, the pastor’s attorney defended his decisions and stated:

Not only did the church comply with the administrative order regarding six-foot distancing, it went above and beyond any other business to ensure the health and safety of the people,

As per the report, on Sunday, the pastor posted a video on his YouTube channel. He claimed their church had the technology to kill any virus.

We brought in 13 machines that basically kill every virus in the place,

If they sneeze it shoots it down like at 100 miles per hour and it will neutralize it in a split second
