PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this March 26, 2020.

The early weather update from the bureau states that the easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean will still affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on this day.

According to GMA News, the easterlies will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the capital Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the county.

Flash floods or landslides might occur especially during severe thunderstors.

As per the report, for the forecast wind speed, Cagayan Valley, as well as the northern part of Ilocos Norte will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to southeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.

The rest of the Philippines will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
