Filming of Maymay Entrata, Edward Barber’s “Heart to Heart” Tv Series Is Postponed
MAYMAY ENTRATA – ABS-CBN actress Maymay Entrata revealed the reason why her new teleserye with Edward Barber is postponed.
Actors Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber gained popularity after joining the ABS-CBN’s reality show Pinoy Big Brother in 2016. After that, their tandem appeared in several films including “Fantastica,” “Loving in Tandem,” and “Da One That Ghost Away.”
In December last year, ABS-CBN announced that on-screen couple was among the lineup for their newest programs in 2020. The shows that were already launched include Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil’s “Make It With You,” Gerald Anderson’s “A Soldier’s Heart,” and “The Voice Teens.”
Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber were supposed to shoot several scenes in Japan for their new tv series entitled “Heart to Heart.” Based on a report from Philstar, the taping was postponed due to the coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19 travel restrictions.
“Ngayon po kasi inayos ‘yung script namin. Kasi nga ‘yung nangyari sa corona virus na laging safety first. Lalo na ‘yung flights ngayon, dahil nga po sa location na target namin is Japan. Kami ni Edward sobrang masasabi namin na handa na kami at sobrang excited na kami,” Maymay said.
On the other hand, Edward Barber said there is no need to rush things. He expressed that they will do whatever it takes for their MayWard fans.
“So let’s just see what happens, pray for it. I’m sure things will be fine. But it’s just a little bit of a pause muna. Reevaluate, kasi it’s not something to rush. For me, I wanna do more work. Of course, we’ll do everything that we can to help it push through. And give everyone what we’ve said they’re getting,” he said.
As of this writing, there are no further details about the resumption of their new tv series. According to the report, the Kapamilya on-screen couple were busy with their Japanese lessons and acting workshops.
