Heartfelt Message of Leon Barretto for Late Grandfather Miguel Barretto
LEON BARRETTO – Celebrity son Leon Barretto took to the social media a heartfelt message for his late grandfather, Miguel.
Currently, the Barretto family is mourning over the death of their patriarch – Miguel Barretto. It was more than two (2) weeks ago when Marjorie Barretto shared that her father was rushed to the hospital.
The Barretto family was celebrating the birthday of Miguel when he suddenly fell ill. According to Marjorie, her father was able to blow his cake candles and take a nap after it.
For several days, Miguel Barretto was confined at St. Luke’s Medical Center. His children has continuously asked for prayers for him.
Sadly, yesterday, it was confirmed that Gretchen, Marjorie, and Claudine Barretto’s father died. The youngest of the actress sisters posted a video taken at the hospital.
Since yesterday, several of the children and grandchildren of Miguel Barretto posted heartfelt tributes for their late grandfather. One of them who did is Leon Barretto, the only son of Marjorie.
In his post, Leon addressed his late grandfather as “Pikey”. He tagged him as a “gift from God” and a “blessing” to the world. He stressed that his grandpa taught his children and grandchildren about genuine and true love.
According to Leon, his grandfather has made his relationship to God even stronger and he is grateful to him for it. He stated that he has built wonderful relationships with the people around him.
Leon expressed his gratitude for everything and endless love for him. He assured his late grandfather that he will never be forgotten.
