PDP-Laban Asks For Prayers for Former Senator Nene Pimentel Who Is in ICU Now
FORMER SENATOR NENE PIMENTEL – Former Senate President Aquilino Pimentel Jr. is currently confined in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
One of the former senators who has served the country for several years is former Sen. Aquilino “Nene” Pimentel Jr. He is the father of former Senate President Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III.
The elder Pimentel is the founder of the ruling political party now – the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban). He is also the chairman emeritus of the ruling party.
However, recently, a sad news about the 85-year-old former Senate President crossed the surface. He is currently confined in the hospital.
On its official Twitter page, the PDP-Laban expressed its request for prayers for the recovery of former Senator Nene Pimentel as he is in the ICU now. The request is addressed to the friends and partymates of the ruling political group.
As of this writing, there are still no other information regarding the condition of the former Senator. We’ll keep you posted for updates.
