Kadenang Ginto Star Andrea Brillantes Open For Possible Darna Villain Role
ANDREA BRILLANTES – Kadenang Ginto star Andrea Brillantes is open to the possibility that she will cast as a Darna villain.
It has been a while when Jane de Leon was revealed to be the new Darna. She will take over Liza Soberano, who backed out due to the finger injury she received in Bagani.
Despite that, Liza messaged Jane that she will give advice should Jane feels the weight of responsibility bestowed on her.
Many netizens were surprised as they expected Nadine Lustre to take the role since she have a high chance.
As of now, the crew haven’t released an official statement on who will become Darna’s villains. However, one Kapamilya actress is open to the possibility that she will take the villain role.
A Darna fan, Andrea Brillantes did not disclose that she will possibly play the villain in Darna, since she is currently playing a villain in her current role in Kadenang Ginto, according to an article in ABS-CBN.
Brillantes play Margaret “Marga” Bartolome in ABS-CBN’s afternoon show “Kadenang Ginto”, starring Francine Diaz, Beauty Gonzalez, Dimples Romana, and more.
Brillantes further said that if the chance comes, she will not reject the role. However, she said that it might not possibly come since she is currently 16 years old. Despite that, she will still accept the role if it arrives.
Andrea is further happy that Jane took the main titular role, further noting that everyone was shocked since it was unexpected.
As per the report, Andrea is excited since she idolizes Darna ever since she was a kid when she watched the hero played by Angel Locsin.
