JAMES REID REACTION – The Kapamilya actor James Reid has this reaction over issues about his girlfriend Nadine Lustre as the new ‘Darna’.
One of the most talked about issues as of current time is the next actress t play the iconic role “Darna”. Among the people’s favorite is the Kapamilya actress Nadine Lustre as she has this stance and characteristics for the said role.
“I mean, if it’s meant for me, sa akin po ibibigay. But like what I’ve said before, I know that the project is going to be given to someone who can give justice to the role,” says Nadine about this based on a previous article.
She added, “It does not have to be me, as long as mabigyan ng justice. I know naman that everyone is going to pick the right one.”
And now, her boyfriend, her on-screen love team and real-life partner James Reid speaks about this as well expressing his support to his girlfriend and believing that Lustre got what it takes to be the next Darna.
James said in an interview, “Yeah. I would love to see her as Darna. She’s very powerful. She’s a strong woman. So, I think she would fit the role very well.”

Even the award-winning director Erik Matti strongly agrees and personally suggested Nadine as perfect to be the next Darna. Matti believes that she also fits for the role. He said, “Ang feeling ko lang, si Nadine ‘yung babagay talaga sa tipo niya, sa tipo na role ni Darna… Hindi talaga pupuwede ‘yung model-model, para sa akin, ha? Hindi puwede ang beauty queen.”
