Kenneth Brio, 7-Year-Old Boy in Tagkawayan, Quezon Dies of Rabies
A 7-year-old boy identified as Kenneth Brios died of rabies after bitten by his puppy at Barangay Casispalan in Tagkawayan, Quezon.
The police authorities conduct an investigation and found that the young boy has been bitten by his dog on May 27, 2019.
The family immediately brought the victim to a witch doctor or locally known as ‘Albularyo’ who allegedly sucked and spit out rabies from the kid’s body.
The puppy died ten (10) days after the treatment and the witch doctor assured the family that Kenneth will be fine.
The young boy cheerfully and happily go to school during the class opening without any problem.
Last June 22, 2019 (Saturday), Kenneth experienced difficulty in breathing and other symptoms of rabies infection.
Brios was rushed to the Tagkawayan District Hospital and the doctors decided to transfer the kid at RITM in Alabang for immediate medication.
Unfortunately, the young kid died a few minutes while heading to RITM in Alabang.
