Good afternoon. I am writing to you to raise my concern regarding BPI Credit Card. I would like to let you know that I have been accepting a SOA for the past two (2) months already. I am quite disappointed that you have been charging me, though I have not used the Credit card ever since I received it. And also, I have not yet activated the Credit card.
