Here’s what Pamilya Roces director revealed over the rivalry against ABS-CBN’s “Halik”.
PAMILYA ROCES DIRECTOR – The director of the Kapuso primetime show “Pamilya Roces” revealed that they can’t beat the Kapamilya series “Halik”.
The Kapuso late-night series “Pamilya Roces” is directed by Joel Lamangan featuring artists such as Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Katrina Halili, Carla Abellana, Sophie Albert, Gloria Diaz, Snooky Serna, and a lot more.
The plot of the story is all about temptations and infidelities as well same with the series from the rival network entitled “Halik“. However, when it comes to the ratings, the director has revealed something.
Based on a report from PEP, the “Pamilya Roces” could not beat out the high ratings of “Halik” which features artists Jericho Rosales, Yen Santos, Yam Concepcion, and Sam Milby.
Direk Lamangan said, “Pero naka-design talaga siya, 10 weeks. Kapag sa 10 weeks, hindi nag-rate, cut short. Naka-design talaga siya na 10, kaya 10 na lang kami. Kasi, talo kami ng Halik.”
He further added, “Noong una, mahina ang Halik. Kalaban niya, Inday (Will Always Love You). Ang Inday ang mataas noon. Nang pumasok na kami, nagha-heighten na sila, kami naman ngayon ang nag-suffer.”
Meanwhile, he praised one of the actresses Katrina Halili for doing everything. He said that she is really a good actress and is always doing what was needed for the scenes. He shared, “Kahit anong ipagawa mo… ‘Kailangang maghubad-hubad ka rito! Labanan natin yung kabila! Ipakita natin ang p*nty at br*!’ ‘OK, direk!’ Ipinakita niya ang panty at bra niya. Hubad-hubad siya. Wala siyang eklay. Ginawa niya kahit ano! Napakahusay niya!”
Also, he commended Sophie Albert for being a good actress as well and for being so professional.
The said series is also ending soon based on the report.
