JASMINE CURTIS-SMITH – Now Kapuso actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith revealed her request to her new home network, the GMA-7.
Former TV5 star Jasmine Curtis-Smith is now a Kapuso. Jasmine signed a contract with GMA-7 and is part of the casts of the upcoming drama television series Pamilya Roces.
Jasmine is an award-winning actress. One of her latest recognition was for the Metro Manila Film Festival 2017 official movie entry Siargao. She was awarded as the Best Supporting Actress.

Among Jasmine Curtis-Smith’s other awards is the Best Supporting Actress award during the 9th Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival for the movie Transit.

Currently, Jasmine Curtis-Smith is set to work for the GMA-7 drama television series Pamilya Roces.
Based on a report on Pep, at the press con for the upcoming TV series, the Kapuso actress admitted that she was really the one who chose for her first TV series under her new home network.
According to her, she wants to have a drama series first and not a fantasy series as she wanted to start with her strength first.
“Feeling ko kasi, yung una kong latag sa GMA, I wanted it sana yung strength ko. And from there, we’ll see,” the actress said.

Based on the report, Jasmine Curtis-Smith also likes Pamilya Roces as it is not a heavy drama. She also revealed that she can relate to the story considering that she comes from a second family.
The Australian father of the actress has three families. Meanwhile, despite having different moms, Jasmine assured that she and her siblings have a good relationship. She even shared that they have a group chat.
“Yung anak ni Daddy sa unang pamilya bumibisita ng madalas sa amin dito o kaya pumupunta kami sa mga bansa nila,” the Kapuso actress shared.

Jasmine Curtis-Smith is the younger sister of Kapuso-turned-Kapamilya actress Anne Curtis. Based on the report, when it comes to her new home network, the Kapamilya actress tells her younger sister to enjoy it and discover her new world.
“She [Anne Curtis] has nothing to say but, sige, discover mo ‘yan. Bago mong world. Matanda ka na, 24 ka na. Hindi mo na kailangang bigyan ng advice,” she said.
