The streamer in Mandurriao was posted to show how Mayor Joe III Espinosa welcomes the residents and visitors in their place.
However, the name of the Iloilo City mayor was misspelled in the banner “Mayor Joe III Espisnosa”.
In the streamer, it can be noticed that the Mayor’s surname contains an addition “S” between the letter “I” and “N”.
