Manila North Cemetery Preparing For All Saint’s Day On November 1, 2018

The Manila North Cemetery is now preparing and issued guidelines for the visitors on upcoming All Saint’s Day on November 1, 2018.

More than a week before UNDAS 2018, numerous cemeteries including the Manila North Cemetery is now readying for the annual event.

The management prohibits the visitors to bring sharp objects such as knives, screwdrivers, ice picks; pets; sound system; flammable materials such as lighter, thinner, alcohol, and gas; alcoholic drinks; and gambling equipment.

The cemetery also reminds the public that the last day for cleaning and painting of tombstone will be on October 29, 2018 (Monday).

Starting October 30 to November 2, 2018, no burials will be allowed anymore; vehicles will also not be allowed to enter the cemetery.

For those leaving the cemetery after the visit, Gates 2 and 3 along A. Bonifacio Avenue will be opened on November 1, 2018.

The cemetery is also coordinating with the authorities for security and volunteer groups for medical services.
