PAGASA Announces ITCZ To Bring Rains Over Parts Of PH
The state weather bureau PAGASA announces that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) was expected to bring rains over some parts of the country.
On Thursday (October 18, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) released the latest updates regarding the possible weather condition.
PAGASA reported that the Intertropical Convergence Zone would affect the weather over Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
The weather agency said that the ITCZ would bring cloudy weather conditions and scattered rains in the affected for the next few days.
The localized thunderstorms would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
The weather disturbance would also bring heavy rains, especially during afternoons and evenings.
The weather bureau also advised the public to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods and landslides.
