Class Cancellations On Monday (September 17)
Several local government units have declared class cancellations in some parts of the country due to the effects of Habagat and aftermath of Typhoon Ompong.
On Monday (September 17, 2018), the cl(–foul word(s) removed–) in several areas have been suspended because of the continuing effects of the southwest monsoon and the devastation of Typhoon Manghut (Ompong) in Northern Luzon last week.
Mangkhut enhances the southwest monsoon that would bring gusty winds and scattered light to moderate to occasionally heavy rains over some parts of the Philippines.
