LA Lakers Plot To Sign LeBron James, Paul George, & Kawhi Leonard To Their Team

NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers plot to sign the strongest players such as LeBron James, Paul George, & Kawhi Leonard to their team.

LA Lakers was planning to form their own Big 3 by recruiting the strongest basketball player from three different teams.

The team was planning to pursue Cleveland Cavaliers’ LeBron James, Oklahoma City Thunder’s Paul George, and San Antonio Spurs’ Kawhi Leonard.

Los Angeles Lakers could have these players if they have the money to support LeBron and Paul who are both free agents, according to ESPN insider Kevin Pelton.

The ESPN insider said that LeBron receives a maximum salary of about $35.4 million while Paul has $30.3 million.

Los Angeles would spend more than $65 million to recruit the players and have to trade one of the players like Luol Deng.

Pelton said that Los Angeles has the perfect timing to pull off the Big 3 but should first trade their player before signing a free agent.

Kawhi Leonard did not allegedly get the $219 million super-max extensions from the San Antonio Spurs, which might prompt him to join LA and trigger Paul and LeBron to join the team
